Establish the foundation for a permanent public-private partnership to foster deliberative democracy in Central Oregon, while setting the example for building capacity across the region and U.S.

Increase agency for all community members and provide elected officials and administrators with a new tool to help improve policy-making and service delivery.

🤝 Strengthen Social Fabric

Give everyday community members seats at the table, building understanding and trust in government institutions while building elected officials’ faith in the strength and wisdom of community voices.

🔄 Create a Virtuous Cycle of Trust

Create spaces for community members from across demographic and political divides to engage in meaningful and empathetic dialogue.
